Very friendly people working there. Clean room too.

I was on the bottom floor. I wanted to open a window and let in some fresh air. Either I couldn't figure it out or the windows don't open.

Location, cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff.

The beds are REALLY soft -- after three days my neck hurt. The walls are paper thin so it can be noisy.
