"Great place to relax and see the older side of Zao Onsen!"

Very nice ryokan! The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was very good, and the onsen is very relaxing. The property was clean and the tatami mat rooms were great.

It is a little pricier than other ryokans in the area, and was more crowded with international visitors than I thought. It is also a longer walk to the ski slopes than other places.

在飯後，我先生遇到同行的國人，就站在餐廳門口聊了起來，但沒注意到工作人員要推車經過，原先工作人員站在附近等，大約1分鐘員工就不耐煩用力將推車推過來，並且大聲地用日文喊了一串話，他們嚇到立馬讓開了，整件事情雖然是我們不對，但跟傳統經驗，工作人員應該緩慢將推車推過來，並輕聲地說「借過」，而不是粗暴的撞過來。
