Nice traditional ryokan with a great kaiseki dinner and breakfast. Amazing staff that was helpful with every need we had during our stay.

One side of the baths was comparably smaller to the other, but they are switched during the day.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful place, Zao Onsen. The traditional tatami rooms were perfect. The breakfast was magnificent. We also appreciated the hot Onsen baths.

館内全て畳敷きでとても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ラウンジにフリードリンクと無料のマッサージ機があり24時間入浴できるところもよかったです。夕食朝食共に山形らしさを感じさせる内容で大変美味しくいただきました。デザートのバイキングもお得感を感じさせるポイントでした。またスタッフの方々の気さくな対応にも好感がもてました。細かな気配りが館内隅々まで行き届いた旅館であったと思います。家族全員大満足でいい思い出になりました。
