"Met my expectations for my need."

The location was great and breakfast good. Met our expectations for the night. The owner was nice and friendly. The view was lovely and nice.

The rooms were clean and nice. Would have loved to have a small kettle to boil water. There is no exhaust fan in bathroom but not bad as I opened the window.

"Average nothing to write home about"

Our stay at the oasis Motel was average. The motel itself needs to be updated, especially the bedding. It served its purpose for an overnight stay. Breakfast in the morning was OK.

The location is perfect if you are en route to the Cabot trail.

Although there were a few minor issues with the accommodation, there was nothing that warrants a negative post.
