Sadly the spa in our room did not work. There was some water damage to ceiling which was mouldy and needed repair in the bed area.

The Mayday Hills Gardens where hotel is located are beautiful. Enjoyed the history behind the hotel and grounds.

Property was not quite in Beechworth. A car is needed. Beechworth is such beautiful place to visit. Rooms are small but comfortable for short stays. Staff need to be more aware of people sleeping in rooms close to reception when talking loud in their language. Too noisy in morning.
