"Hidden secret = a great alternative to camping in this National Park wonderland."

Great value and a convenient location = central to several national parks as well as state parks and other historic sites. New owners were so nice and easy to work with. Large room with fridge and microwave.

"A Classic American-Style Motel"

I'm really glad I chose to stay here on my two-week Road Trip through southwest USA. It's a wonderful old-school motel which I always look for when I visit America. Dove Creek is a one-horse village, and this is the only accommodation in town - perfect for off-the-beaten track American explorations. The room was quiet and very comfortable, and I appreciated the in-room fridge and microwave. It was great to meet Billy on my morning of my departure, and I appreciated his wife's patience in making a phone call to booking dot com regarding another accommodation booking the evening before - thank you for this, and for a great stay in Colorado!

Arrived at 11:30 PM to find the door locked Called the number posted on the door but the mailbox was full. Had to drive another 24 miles into Monticello to find a room.
