Was very clean and obviously freshly painted and done up. Relatively quiet except for someone blasting a radio in the early evening.

There was no wifi code even though the guest wifi came up locked on my phone. I couldn’t get phone coverage so wifi would have been handy. The heater was an old 1970’s wall heater/ cooler that rattled really loudly . Would be good if they put in new aircon. The PowerPoints were in strange areas but there were heaps of them. The old owners did it up and I am hoping g the new owners - of only 6 weeks will finish the final touches such as new heating .
