Centrebreak Beach Stay

The location is great, right by the beach.

The sheets and towels, while clean enough, are very old and threadbare. Likewise the lounge area needed a good clean and spruce up. The property overall is looking very tired. Staff were basically helpful but after driving all day on possibly the wettest day of the year, could have been a bit more welcoming - a smile and introduction perhaps?

I didn't buy breakfast, was breakfast included in the price? As no one told me if it was? The staff were very helpful, and the location was great.

The bthrm smelled like someone had a cat in there with kitty litter, it wasn't pleasant. 😬 the door handles were loose, so I didn't feel safe/ secure when locking it. The floor creaked every step I took in the rm. The bthrm door creaked loudly when moved. The towel rail was loose, so i was too afraid to hang the towel on it for fear it would break. Would have been nice to have a menu and opening times for the restaurant, although when I asked a staff member is there a restaurant they said yes it's open for dinner from 5 to 7pm. I did not know about breakfast ? I paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1 night and left Monday morning 8am. Would be nice to get a refund, as it was quite expensive at $190/ night.

Friendly staff, clean sheets, great location close to beach

Smelly drains in bathroom, only one chair in family suite, no towels until we asked, nowhere to sit on balcony, no hair-dryer as advertised, kettle was full of rusty sediment and unusable. Noisy construction works across road early in morning and room was not soundproof as advertised.

Man darf sich vom äußeren (einfachen) Anschein nicht täuschen lassen. Das Zimmer war sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Abends haben wir noch im Hotel gegessen. Auch das war gut.

Liked the location & nearby facilities. Was a comfortable room
