Owners were super nice and the place was very nice and traditional. Right near the water and nice sunrise view.

The room was extremely cold when we arrived, and the air conditioner was very noisy, hence we did not get good sleep. In general facilities are quite poor, probably still functional in summer season.

I loved that the property was right on the water! I enjoyed the night time strolls along the coast. The host was very kind. I liked that there was a fridge I could keep my food in, because the only convenience store in the town was cash only, as well as one of the only restaurants. I didn't have much cash on me, so I bought a bunch of food and brought it back and was able to keep it in the fridge! I stayed here because I wanted to visit the Kawazu 7 waterfalls, and it was a very convenient place to stay.

I wasn't able to find the host before checking out, so I didn't get to say goodbye, but I just messaged her on the Booking.com app to let her know that I checked out and it all worked out!

Wonderful budget accommodation with a fantastic view and very sweet host (who can speak Mandarin Chinese). This was the best we slept on the Izu peninsula with the sound of the ocean and plush bedding. Spacious room and easy parking for an additional ¥800 fee. Full shared kitchen with refrigerator and appliances. This place has everything you need.

We visited in the low season and sharing the single toilet with one other couple was already difficult. We can’t imagine what it would be like with a full house. Paper thin walls, as mentioned in other reviews so if you’re a light sleeper this could cause disruption. Quiet area; be prepared to drive to a nearby town for dinner or eat before arriving.
