特别好的房东叔叔阿姨，典型老派的中国东北式热情家长。房屋很干净，是自家房屋，所以也会非常用心的在保养维护。我是solo trip，在路上的时候不需要住在很豪华的星级酒店，更愿意为了一些温馨的经历去支付房费。如果我的朋友们去伊豆，我会推荐他们住在这里。一期一会，感恩。Be well.

"Un peu déçue du rapport qualité prix pour la qualité des aménagements"

La gentillesse du gérant a l’arrivée, L’emplacement près de l’eau

L’étroitesse des parties communes, il y a seulement un toilette et une douche pour 4 chambres. Malgré les horaires de douche (jusqu’à 22h), le gérant nous a demandé d’y aller avant 20h30. Même si c’est un guest house c’est un peu pénible de ne pas être libre. On avait payé une chambre vue mer et c’est assez mensonger car on ne voit la mer que de l’entrée mais pas de la chambre car il y a un bâtiment devant. De plus il est indiqué que le parking est inclus dans le prix de la chambre mais nous avons du payer un supplément pour la place. Bref je trouve que le prix est élevé pour les aménagements, nous avons fait d’autres auberges plus confortables.
