nothing

the forniture (bed and table) are very old. The douvet was not changed and it is the same for all the guest. No IRON available. no Washing machine availble. For 100 usd per night it is not worth at all

"A cute place that is wasted by lack of customer service."

LOCATION LOCATION

customer service was nonexistant, only one outlet in the whole room, and it wasn't in bathroom. no flat surfaces to put anything out or on. towels were dirty. tv was barely visible through the static. tried to cancel our secured reservation and gave as a deadline time to be there, even though we were calling and trying to be communative, even though we had more time in our secured check in.

Nothing comes to mind, besides having a locking door, shower, and bed

Water pressure in the shower was non-existent. Yelling. Traffic. One way in one way out. I may be biased; I try to avoid LA County as best I can
