First thing people look at is customer service. Upon entering, customer seemed angry, irritated, for reason unknown. :( Felt guilty for her bad attitude upon arrival. There was no hot water here and still got charged a deposit knowing there was no hot water at all, had to shower in freezing water. Couldn’t shower my baby at all during my stay due to this issue :(

Didn’t like the Customer service upon entry, not hot water available and intake person was rude and disrespectful with a bad attitude for no reason. Representative must’ve been having a bad morning.

I love the showers

I did not like how small the rooms where. I would love if the provided a dresser or night stand and more towels for guest. I requested 2 more pillows but I was told there is none available

not clean bathroom has no door and dirty shower is in another room separated from the bathroom and nasty smells bad outdated room
