Amazing service! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The room was large, clean and quiet which made for a good sleep. Even though it was hot outside, the room remained very comfortably cool. The restaurant was also very nice with a really great beer and wine menu. We were very pleased with our stay!

The bathroom was a bit outdated but very clean and overall totally fine. Everything else was great :)

Very honest, friendly, and welcoming staff. Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The food at the pub was tasty and the server was welcoming and friendly (the restaurant and pub have the same menu if you're wondering). Despite having no AC and the outside temperature being very hot (+35 C), the room stayed surprising cool, and the fan in the room was sufficient to keep things comfortable. Well located and only a short walk to the beach.

The comforter cover was a bit worn and older - could use a refresh. No wifi available in the rooms - just in the main public areas.

The staff tried very hard to make us comfortable by setting up a portable A/C unit in the room during the extreme heat wave New Denver was experiencing. Unfortunately the power went out due to lightning from a thunderstorm -- several fires were also caused by the lightning. I would stay here again, its a beautiful location and town.

The shower head was a little low for anyone over 6ft. Parking lot out front is limited but extra parking is close.

Nothing. Everything was old, didn’t work and dirty.

The bulding has never been updated. Furniture, fridge, beds are old and ugly. Towels and bed sheets are yellow and thin. Spiders in the room. No air-conditioning at all. Hot in summer. Fridge didn’t work and the floor of the room was wet. Toilet didn’t work and it was stinky and noisy. We asked them to repair the toilet but they didn’t even come. Always disturbing when we were in the room at the evening at sleeping hours. Owner was absolutely rude and impolite and wanted to know everything of us. The restaurant is stinky and then the hotel is stinky too. Avoid it!

Breakfast & lunch was great! Good food. Excellent service. Inn was located in the center of breathtaking mountains. Beautiful views.
