The beds were very comfortable and the view from the hut was excellent. It was ideally suited for our needs as a single parent with a teenager requiring a short stay with just a bed for the nights as we were out all day. 2 people we encountered were friendly. Well supplied with tea and coffee etc.

The microwave rusted and had flaking paint around the door. Broken socket cover.

Second time visiting this absolutely amazing little farm and promised the kids we'll visit again. The hosts are absolutely lovely and would do anything you asked. The most gorgeous puppies, lambs and chickens which made the kids holiday. They loved helping at feeding time! Beautiful views, comfortable accommodation and five minutes to a playpark. The wild cat hunt down in the village was great fun too. We visited Landmark and would definitely recommend a visit. The Newtonmore Grill/ Wild Flour in the villiage has great food if your eating out. Thank you for having us and hopefully see you again soon :-)

"Warm enough and it kept the weather out but this offering needs some more polish."

5.0

The location is quite useful on the outskirts of the centre of town, close to the Coop.

For the price the property could do with smartening up. There was no contact phone number available, some UHT milk pots would be good for the complimentary tea & coffee, one electrical socket had a whole corner broken off - dangerous for little fingers, and the shared bathroom hut was nearly out of toilet paper.

"Post Munro bagging, included me in bottle feeding the lambs. Great place, lovely family"

9.0

Exactly as described, I was there solo but would have been even better value as a group of hill walkers.

Nil - it’s as described with a campsite style loo and shower in a separate structure. Went to bed and Garmin said I got 12h sleep. Perfect.

"Excellent isolated venue"

It is OK but maybe £20 overpriced for what you get

There's nothing I didn't like as such

"Efficient and good value for money"

The location was outstanding and the view on the mountains was just incredible.

A bit uncomfortable with kids to cope with bathroom and toilet outside, specially during the night. But this was clearly mentioned in the description.
