Place was clean

The person who attended me told that my card didn’t went thru and was not charge on my credit card on booking wedsite but they charge me. Doble charge.

There was an A/C, a fridge and a microwave. There was a Pollo Loco across the street and a 7-Eleven a block away.

Because of Taylor Swift and Head In The Clouds Festival, there weren't many options to choose from, but our last hotel had overbooked and had given our room away, I didn't have any more choices but too book a room here. Based on the reviews, i wasn't expecting the cleanest place. The bathroom was dirty (i had taken clorox wipes with me just in case, and im glad i did). And the beds were disgusting, I found many hairs and stains in the sheets and pillows. Fortunately, i had taken an extra blanket with me, so I slept on top of it. Every Uber we had taken had warned us NOT to go out after dark. Definitely NOT worth the price per night

Towels were dirty sheets were dirty pillowcases dirty the shower was dirty stains on the tables Staff were unprofessional I think Human Resources need to take a look at the hotel

I want my money back, they are thieves, they stole 216 dollars from me and the person who attended me had a very bad character and told me that the entire hotel was fully booked when I booked online and paid for a room, and he didn't even give him the confirmation number I accept it and I call that robbery I will have to proceed legally with the police
