Economy Inn - Burbank Airport

Absolutely nothing!!!!

I had problems registering. The clerk was absolutely drunk. He finally gave me the key. I went to the room only to find someone there. I went back to the office only to find that there was a 911 call to come to get the clerk because he was falling drunk. The office was left unattended. I had to attend to my business. I came back and found the office closed. There was a woman who was the wife of the clerk(owner) and said she could not help me. At this point I had to make other arrangements. At 8:00 pm I was offered a different room. I told them that I wanted a refund. They could not do it. I am out of my money and I don’t know what to do.

Nothing. The wife was nice, husband was kind of temper mental but ok.

Everything. Stains on the wall, graffiti, ejaculation stains on the floor mold in the shower.

No toilet seat, can you believe it!? Upstairs questroom was loud and banging abliut all night, at 230 AM I went to the office andd complained, nothing happened the noise co tonied all night. No bathmat in tub, very slippery, could have fallen and injured self. No lamp os in the room, just bright lights in the ceiling like a laboratory or operating room.

A swift response and to quiet the upstairs room.

I was able to get a last minute room after midnight. The AC and TV were good

Floors and bathroom weren't clean. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the jamb looked like there was soap crammed in there. I saw a couple small roaches. That made me nervous about the bed being clean. There was no latch on the door, so the only lock was one that could be opened with a key from outside.
