Room was clean

Room was super hot, thermostat was 85 degrees. There was only two towels for three guests. TV didn't work for hours. Furniture is old and dated the beds were small and very uncomfortable. We didn't eat breakfast as we didn't know where it was. They front office was very rude and not forth coming with information. Our key card stopped working the next morning and check wasn't till noon and it waa 8 am and neither key cards worked....ugh.

Door had a huge gap in the frame. Lock was loose. No king bed. No microwave no breakfast. After moving rooms the next door did not have a working lock. Manager said he welt us in and out

The property is in need of renovation, bathroom mirror finished is fading, curtains are fading in color, night stand lamp missing bulb, and room had additional fridge and TV as if the room was being used for storage. The manager refused to provide me a written receipt, as well as refused to allow me to take a picture of the receipt until I demanded to do so. The first room I was assigned to the AC didn’t work, so I had to request another room with a working AC. At the time of checking in another guest was complaining regarding not having a working AC in his room for hours.

I didn’t like anything regarding the property!

Location was great close to the lake and easy to access. Food I never had breakfast.

Really not much it was all good and the staff was and friendly polite.

The nastiest place Ive been to since I was in India! Bugs, urine smell, broken beds, unsafe electrical, nasty Old Lady at front desk! Just dirty and unsafe! Misleading Lady, told me in broken English that her daughter had to give the refund when she got there later, to get us to leave, than later when we called, it was booking .com had to give the refund! Cant get a number to talk to booking.com and the “Chat” is a joke! Web site app is giving me error codes! What a joke! Now the trip insurance we purchased from booking.com is very demanding of picture info and documents we didnt know we would need to make a claim days later! Again-what a joke! Cant talk to anyone-all on line! Bullcrap!

It was cool in there.

The bed was not comfortable. The light fixture didn't have bulbs in it. And no extra toilet paper. Had to go up front and get some. The tv kept messing up and lines was through it. And the bed was on a rusted platform. Not good at all. And one light fixture was falling out the ceiling.
