The caravan was on Withernsea sands, which is only a short walk into Withernsea town . The caravan was clean on arrival, and the host was fantastic when we needed her help with anything. We went for the new year, so the parks club house was closed, unfortunately, but there were lots of games in the cupboard and playing cards for us to play on a night to keep us entertained.

Amazing location and cleaness .

No smart TV is there as the children could not watch anything . Safety checks of electrical installation is over due

Lovely lady owner, really looked after us. Caravan is lovely & spaceous. Two bathrooms. Lovely location. Friendly neighbours. We had a great time.

Great location, clean caravan, perfect for our 4 day fishing venture.

Cooker needs repairing as 2 rings failed to work. Broken gas knob on cooker. Early morning wake up from seaguls 🤣 thats nature.

Where the caravan was close to amenities

We arrived 215pm on booking this I requested to booking.com to arrive between 1 and 2 never heard anything. On entering we was asked to take photos I opened the oven it was dirty ,went in the bedrooms the mattresses covers were covered in grass the quilts has stains on,one of the mattress protects was stain luked like urine ,the double bed was same with grass on one pillow was torn at both ends ,there were stains on the sofa she had just recently had it recovered ,new lino down was stained ,the inventory wat is there I read it and majority of things were missing we had to go to next caravan to borrow scissors,the silicon round bottom of shower cubicle was disgusting, I sent her all the fotos she got a emergency cleaner in about 5 pm whom was luvley and did a brilliant job she also brought new bedding she left approximately 715pm so by time we emptied the car and got settled it was after 8,the next day she said a new mattress was been delivered so I had to be there for them ,after wat shud of been a relaxing time with grandson was it,we came back a day earlier she did her best to rectify the problems,I was talking to the staff on the site and told me to go to reception and report everything wat as happened has she is sub letting and in there eyes was wrong as to wat has happened

Club house staff are friendly the grounds are well kept. Caravan is good value for money and host is helpful.

Swimming pool is very small. Difficult in busy seasons to get into the sessions despite queing but there is a leisure centre just down the road.
