Nation's family caravan holidays

We had a lovely stay, the caravan was clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed coastal walks just 2 mins down the road. We didn't use the facilities on the site but if we had there was a club house which served food and provided entertainment, swimming and arcades.

The single beds were too small for an adult and not so clean us I expected, but more than happy to go there again

The caravan was lovely, clean, spacious. Maybe a few little things missing (kitchen bin, chopping board, baking trays) but overall great! The site is quiet, clean and all the staff are lovely.

Unfortunately due to booking privately, we didn't get a booking email for pool. On our first day we were told that every single session was fully booked. The staff said that people will often book every single session and then just turn up to the ones they want. However, they do allow an extra 20 walk ins so get there at least 15mins early to queue for this. Nothing to do with the caravan but the seagulls are LOUD!! All the time. If a light sleeper like myself, I'd recommend some ear plugs.

Caravan was lovelly , frindly atmosphere with loads to do with easy access. Entertainment was great.

Nothing

Loved how close we was to the facilities, the kids loved the board games that was provided and the fact there was 2 toilets was a bonus. The beds was comfortable and the TV a nice size, some cushions on the sofas would have been nice. The owner Ann-Marie was lovely and helpful and been able to take the dogs with us was great.

Halfway through our stay a neighbouring caravan had complained to owner about noise coming from the caravan, my little boy has disabilities including ADHD so keeping him quiet and still is impossible, the owner was lovely about it and was sympathetic, unfortunately it made us very uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay and I spent much of the time trying to keep my son quiet and we tiptoed round in case the NEIGHBOUR complained again. Full jar of cig ends in water on the table outside when we arrived which wasn't pleasant, nobs on cooker was loose so I was constantly checking them to make sure the kids hadn't knocked them on. The main bedroom was small and I was forever knocking my legs on the corner of the bed when I walked in.
