Franz Josef TOP 10 Holiday Park

Location was close to main town. Grounds were in very good condition.

Not able to make coffee or tea in room. Had to use shared kitchen. Not sure if other cabins/cottages had kitchen facilities within the unit.

The bedroom was a good size along with the coffee/tea/breakfast cutlery etc., supplies; however the ensuite bathroom was very compact. The sink vanity and shower cubicle were tiny. I liked that it was located outside of the main town street, so was nice and peaceful.

The map provided isn't very clear (to scale of where rooms are) so it was a bit of a maze to find the unit (the person in the neighbouring unit also sad the same thing)

Nice clean comfortable room, friendly staff with many suggested activities in area.

Laundry facilities, washing machines and dryers seemed to either not work or eat your money then not work, and if after 6:30 when office closes no assistance to get money back or get machines going, which seemed to be the busiest time for residents to do their laundry.
