Great location and fantastic views all round. Friendly staff. Good stop over on trip around South Island.

Bed was a little soft. Overall ok sleep.

We stayed in room 42 there was a queen bed and bunk beds, a table with THREE chairs?? And no light over the eating area? The towels were old and thin. The toilet seat wasn't fixed to the bowl correctly. All in all a very average stay. Would not stay again until some renovations were done!

We arrived at the property very late and was please to see all we needed for check in quickly available for us to access. The accommodation is simple with clean lines and comfortable beds. The views outside of the glacier are magnificent

We only spent the one night, the only niggle for me was the basic shoes which I think is in need of updating

Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa

O quarto é minúsculo, não há isolamento acústico algum, o banheiro é lamentável (a pia é minúscula e quase inacessível, embaixo de um vidro). Pelo valor cobrado, ficamos em outros hotéis e casas do país infinitamente superiores.

he original room we booked was unavailable due to to an internal issue so we received an upgrade. Large room but main bed not separate from the living area.

Chairs most uncomfortable as they were only dining chairs and none for relaxing.
