Location about 2km from restaurants and bars in Franz Josef town. Very friendly welcome from staff. Good facilities in the room and shared kitchen area. Also opportunity to use laundry facilities and bbq area. Plenty of parking on site.

Bathroom was a bit small (especially the sink) making it a bit difficult to shave or brush your teeth without spilling water on the floor.
