Palm Green Hotel

Super nice stay, very helpful staff and boss. Changed my room, as there was some misunderstanding with the booking, which made me really happy. Pool is big and super nice, to have a refreshing swim or just chill and read a book... Breakfast is simple, but good and even though i came late after surfing, I still got it... thanks for a great time!

Goede locatie, ruime kamers en een lekker zwembad.

Handdoeken vaak niet schoon en mocht het vol zitten bij aankomst (ondanks je reservering) dan wordt je ineens naar een ander hotel van dezelfde eigenaar gebracht voor een nacht.

Le personnel nous a arnaqué , en business avec les driver . On s’est fait intimider et menacer , si on ne leur donner pas de sous . A fuir absolument

Instalaciones geniales, piscina grande muy chula, habitación generosa, baño exterior. Desayuno incluido y muy correcto con fruta fresca y zumo. Un lugar para estar muy a gusto.

Vendría bien una nevera en la habitación sobre todo para estancias más largas. Se puede ir andando al centro pero con moto mejor.

Great location in Kuta, bungalows nice in general but mine was far away from being in a good state (maybe the others were better).

One electricity plug was removed and the other one did not properly work and was half open inside my bungalow, so there was just one outside in the outside bathroom. The room did not get cleaned at all during my 8 days stay and there was no bin in my room neither. The aircon and wifi had often glitches but was okaish during my stay. Very basic and generally the facility felt not being in the best state. The claimed restaurant was more an open kitchen where barely any food was prepared so I rather recommend elsewhere in one of the nice other local restaurants. It is fine for a stay but for the price I feel there are better options to find and don't expect more than very basic accommodation.

A super relaxing place to stay. I was going to stay one night but I liked it so much, I stayed two. Breakfast was hearty. The pool was close to my hut but not noisy. The staff especially Ardee was kind and accommodating. I got a scooter to go to one of the main beaches 20mins away from a nearby rental.

I think the description said it was beachfront (correct me if I am wrong) but it was about 600m to main cafe strip and another 1km to the Kuta Beach. The road was a bit dark and busy at night and I couldn't get a Grab motorbike back. My room had a problem with the bathroom and the power went out one night, but staff quickly fixed it.

le personnel te prend pour un con Resa pour 2 lits doubles faites et payé via Booking et nous avons eu une chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 lit single et avons dû payer un extra pour un matelas par terre 🤷‍♀️
