Palm Green Hotel

Everything . The hotel is within walking distance to coffee shop. The staff are friendly. The pool clean and the breakfast delicious. I have based myself from the Palm Green for 2 months and keep coming back

Heerlijk ruim zwembad met genoeg bedjes. De tuin is mooi tropisch en groen. Je kunt er ook eten bestellen, chicken satay was heerlijk!

De badkamer is buiten, daar moet je tegen kunnen. Als het regent werd wel alles nat. Ook zijn ze in de buurt met verbouwingen bezig, daar kan je last van hebben. Ik had 1 dag dat de verbouwers de badkamer in konden kijken, ik werd toen meteen in een andere kamer geplaatst, dat was top!

No nos gustó mucho como nos trataron. La jefa suprema fue bastante borde, no te ayudan en prácticamente nada. Una de las noches pedimos para cenar y no tenían apenas de nada, nos dijo que hamburguesa si y le puso el pan de hacía dos semanas, duró como una piedra. Se lo devolvimos y le pedimos que pusiera pan de sandwich ya que eso era incomible. La zona de la ducha mucho no lo limpian, no tienen o no usan productos desinfectantes. Las toallas muy mal olientes, le pedí en reiteradas ocasiones que nos las cambiaran y simplemente me echaban ambientador en las toallas, cuando se le iba el olor olían a rata. No sufrimos pero tampoco repetiríamos.

It was by far the nicest place I stayed in. The rooms were big with minimalistic dressed. Nice a/c and loved the outdoor bathroom. I arrived and realised i had lost my bankcard and the staff went beyond to help me and make sure I was able to get cash. I extended my stay with 3 nights. It was close to the centre but very peaceful where the hotel was. Had a wonderful chat with the night receptionist and would stay here again if I come back to lombok!
