Er zit potentie in de plek maar heeft veel verbeterpunten

Er is een open badkamer wat opzich prima is maar niet als ze naast je bungalow aan het bouwen zijn en ze de hele dag je badkamer en wc in kunnen kijken. Ik was genoodzaakt om in mijn bikini te douchen en kon amper naar de toilet. Ook is de badkamer niet goed overdekt dus word alles zeiknat als het regent. Hiernaast zit er erg veel schimmel in de kamer. Vooral de klamboe zat helemaal onder. Bij aankomst van mijn verblijf zat er nog een remspoor in de toilet, duidelijk niet schoongemaakt dus.

Ons verblijf was helaas niet zoals we hadden gehoopt. Bij aankomst merkten we dat er geen mogelijkheid was om onze apparaten op te laden en dat er geen wifi beschikbaar was. Daarnaast leek de kamer niet goed schoongemaakt; er lag stof, er zaten vlekken op het beddengoed en er hing een muffe geur. Ook ontbrak er een prullenbak. Het grootste probleem was echter de lekkage. Tijdens hevige regenval is de kamer volledig overstroomd. We begrijpen dat je in Indonesië te maken kunt hebben met zware regen, maar van een hotel mag je verwachten dat een kamer hiertegen bestand is. Deze kamer had naar onze mening niet verhuurd mogen worden. Toen we dit meldden, werden we helaas niet direct geholpen en moesten we lange tijd wachten op assistentie. Intussen raakten veel van onze spullen doorweekt, wat erg vervelend was. We hopen dat het hotel deze punten serieus neemt en verbeteringen doorvoert voor toekomstige gasten.

The room is pretty cool, very minimalist with a large desk for working, the terrace with a sofa is spacious, and so is the outdoor bathroom (with plenty of hot water). Everything is roomy, with lots of places to store and hang your things! Overall, the hotel is very spacious.

The welcome wasn't very friendly, quite formal. The room was relatively clean but very damaged, the floor in places and especially the bathroom: the door handle was broken (I asked for it to be repaired, but the repair wasn't very thorough), the shower head broke in my hand on the first day (the repair was done with glue, but it wasn't very precise, so the water sprayed out), and the exterior was poorly maintained, with the stones and the outdoor sink. So it's very pretty, but it's a shame because the lack of upkeep spoils everything. Overall, the staff is rather cold, and the interactions aren't very natural. Although some people are friendlier, it creates a generally uncomfortable atmosphere. The restaurant is normally open until 9 pm, but don't hesitate to check, as the cook might not be there. Also, during your stay, the cleaning system involves putting a pre-prepared note on the door to indicate that you're not home. It's a real shame because the location is cool and the common areas are too, but there's a lack of hospitality and maintenance!

Lovely staff!! Beautiful and charming rooms

The WiFi was unstable which made it challenging - but it’s the case around the island. The pool could have been cleaner, but overall fine! It will require renting a scooter - which the hotel can help with at an amazing price
