Private onsen, location, food, everything!

Found a cockroach in bath room and in private onsen, 2 times in 20 minutes T_T

Nice place with very good shared onsen. The staffs are very friendly with very good service. I was just wondering if I can drive in the walking path or not and the staff passed by and offered help. My kids said this is the best accommodation of our trip.

The food offered is good. But it will be better if they can offer more variety of main dishes. Can think of using some other means for cooking the beef and vegetables instead of candles as the candles goes out rather quickly. We need to use 3 candles for cooking all the meat and vegetables.

Everything! From the moment we parked our car till leaving the village, everything was at 7 out of 5 stars level! The attention and help of staff, the baths, the meals - everything! Loved our stay!

The service and staff were exceptional. We travelled with a 5-year old, and they made him feel very welcome and paid special attention to him. This was the highlight of our trip to Japan. The food was outstanding and showcased the level of attention to every touch. The onsens were amazing, and even though the ryokan was busy, we never felt like the private onsens were too full for us to enjoy as a family. We stayed for three nights, and enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you Fumoto Ryokan.

The hospitality given by the staff there is excellent. The onsen choices are various and good.

I like the female service staffs that good communication in english and help me to setting up the surprise happy birthday party for my daughters.
