Honnêtement, pas grand-chose

Le service est très mauvais, le personnel n’est pas professionnel ni accueillant. L’établissement manque de propreté et il y a beaucoup d’insectes, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment désagréable.

"Un hôtel parfaitement situé"

Le logement est très bien situé. Un jardin très agréable avec une piscine. Les coqs et les poules se baladent en liberté dans le jardin. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Toujours disponible pour toutes questions ou demandes. Beaucoup de restaurants, avec des live music le soir, et de markets aux alentours. Il est possible de s'y rendre à pied mais attention car Nusa Penida ne dispose pas de trottoirs.

C'est dommage que le menu du petit déjeuner ne propose rien de sucré. Je pense que la salle de bain pourrait être amélioré : les toilettes étaient éloignés du mur rendant difficile l'accès à la petite douchette et au papier toilette.
