They just built new cottages. They were not available when we visited Kukul. These new cottages look great and I would definitely visit them. We however stayed in the old cottages and they aren not more than eighties old school backpacker cottages. Hence its price. But still…….The cottages were badly maintained. Curtains fell off their rails, horrible bathrooms, meager breakfast. Make sure you get an new cottage, pay more and forget about the old once. Unless you are traveling on a shoestring.

El lugar y el personal.

La única pega que hemos tenido es que hemos tomado el shuttle phra ir al puerto y nos hemos tenido que bajar antes de llegar. Nos dijeron que 20 minutos eran suficientes y hemos salido 45 minutos antes, y aún así, hemos terminado corriendo para coger el ferry.

Lo staff molto accogliente e disponibile, la struttura minimal ma pulita e con ciò che serve.

Het is een rustig hotel, volledig in het groen. Dichtbij zijn op wandelafstand verschillende restaurants te vinden.

The staff were very friendly and the location was great. We did the tour around the island which was quite touristy but that was to be expected and we got to see a lot of the well-known viewpoints on the island. The pool was really relaxing and tranquil and the breakfast was alright; they were happy to alter some of the options to accomodate our dietary restrictions (vegan).

The room and bathroom could have been cleaner. The bathroom was a little run down and there was more water leaking out of the shower handle than coming from the actual shower head.
