I liked how close it was to our destination, and all the stores I close proximity

Didn't like how the coffee pot filter area was quite dirty, the basket and the insert. Also, only one pouch of coffee. All other hotels I've stayed in had 2 for sure. One for the arrival, and one for the next morning

Convenient location, close to amenities. Friendly, helpful staff (lobby & cleaning). Room and facilities clean. Comfortable bed. Jacuzzi was added bonus, especially as one of the guests has Rheumatoid Arthritis. Although fireplace wasn't made use of, it added a cosy touch.

Advertised as a kitchenette suite. Had a working stove, oven, fridge, and freezer but no microwave nor kettle. Jacuzzi instructions correctly stated "no soaps or additives" but a complimentary bath bomb along with shampoo, conditioner, and bar of soap were placed with towels on the ledge of the jacuzzi. This creates confusion and a mixed message.
