"We usually stay here when in Peace River"

Fireplace is a nice addition when it’s -25 Grocery store right next door and a good locaton.

The outside of the toilet looked like it hasn’t been wiped for sometime as there were urine stains down the front.

Western Budget motels are, from the many different locations I've stayed at all pretty standard in quality and all have similar amenities. Large rooms with king size beds and a gas fireplace. Always clean and well maintained.

Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable.

Rugs are terribly stained, food particles left on the wall beside the table and general cleanliness seems to have gone down.
