Kozuka Hisanoha

Perfect food, great accomodation and onsen. The place is so small and cosy that we could enjoy nearly private onsen experience. Highly recommended

The hotel was very good. The shabu-shabu dinner was excellent and it was way above expectation in the quality and quantity. The breakfast was also very sumptuous. The room was big and comfortable. The grounds are green and restful.

Two things bothered us. The air-conditioner was noisy and the mattress for the third adult was not the same as for the other two adults. It was thinner and less comfortable.

The hotel is wonderful! It's off the beaten path, incredibly quiet and lovely. The staff were very lovely. The onsen is a dream. The dinner and breakfast were far beyond our expectations, full of fresh, local ingredients. There are hot and cold drinks available at all times. We had a great time!

The bus ride to the hotel was very long and crowded. The route is twisty-turny and there was tons of traffic. It should have taken 20 minutes but took over an hour. Also, be sure to book a taxi a day in advance if you want to go anywhere from the hotel.
