Trikora Beach Club and Resort

An exceptionally beautiful resort full of mangrove trees and colourful flowers, which attract multiple birds & other wildlife. We were the only guests for 7 nights, so felt very looked after by the staff, particularly Anuar. Recommended the snorkeling trip to a local Kelong on the edge of the coral reef.

It was all fantastic

Our 4D3N stay at Trikora beach resort is just what we needed after a very hectic start of the year. We wanted a quiet place to unwind, slow down and recharge - Trikora resort did not disappoint. The quality and variety of F&B exceeded our expectations, pricing is reasonable and thus we had all our meals onsite. The service standard is very high, staff members were very polite and attentive. The 2 pools look very inviting and offer a lovely view of the beach and sea. The rustic beachfront villa is spacious and comfortably fitted our family of 5 with an additional bed set up. The entire resort stretches over a wide area, we felt like we were on a private island at times. There is also an open, well maintained lawn for my children to run around.

The shower room was flooded after bathing and it happened on our first night, it took some time for the staff to resolve the blockage but they responded to our call for help very promptly. The villa is clean but we do see some stains and dirt on the floor, especially the bathroom. This is an area of improvement, without which, we would have given a 10/10 rating. There were oil spills in the sea during our stay which was regretable as my children could not swim in the sea nor play on the beach. But this is to no fault of the resort, in fact, staff members were proactive in advising us to avoid going into the sea.

Very beach feel Clean Friendly & helpful staff

Trikora Beach Club is quiet, comfortable and peaceful. Has its own beach front and the staff are attentive without being overly so. Food is good.

We are third and fourth time returning guests. So there's really nothing that we don't like.

Location was great and swimming pool lovely. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Staff could not have been more friendly. Local food was great.

The room was clearly not as beautiful as the photos suggest, and looks much older than advertised. The drinks are quite expensive and not super great

Beautiful resort with exceptional views. The beach is few seconds walk from your room and the ocean is visible from most of the rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean, food quality is great, the air is pure and fresh and anyone who visits this resort will only have an exceptional experience. Lastly the beach is a white sand beach with clean waters. Sea water has different shades of blue which is mesmerizing. The resort is in the heart of nature and the spa facilities are also top class. Don't think a second opinion as you will only have good things to say once you visit the resort.

The breakfast and wifi could be improved. Network is not easily available and hence wifi quality is an important point that the hotel must improve. Further I also suggest if you can develop a games room or put a table tennis table or badminton court which will give people more options to do activities.

Hidden piece of paradise! We had the most relaxing time even though we visited during the monsoon season. It was amazing to step right out onto the lawn/beach from our villa, and fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves every night. The property is large and spacious, and beautifully maintained. We were very well taken care of by the staff, who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The food was also really good, which is a nice change from many resorts in Bintan. We will definitely be back during the high season!
