The only thing I didn't like was the portacot provided was from the early 90s, safe to say my daughter didn't sleep in it as it's older than me 🙃

Very pleasant surroundings; waking to the chirping of the birds and being a reasonable distance from the road amongst the established trees. Also liked the continuous verandah running the full length at the front of the rooms. Split system air conditioning was quiet and effective. The carpet was in good condition and clean. The bed was "Goldilocks" comfortable.

In room 16 the hot water took at least 5 minutes to come through.
