Melaleuca Lodge Beaconsfield

Spacious tidy room, with an aircon I could barely hear when it was on. Manager was super friendly and helpful.

Traffic noise was a little loud.

Good location

Room was filthy. Cobwebs everywhere. Spiders. Rubbish under the bed and lounge. Bathroom leaked whilst in shower. Booked for 3 guests - only two cups and two chairs. When I asked for another cup she looked at me like a moron. Not sure if these rooms are ever clean

It was close to where we needed to be

Dirty , unmaintained very very dated , it’s been a long time since I have been anywhere with blankets not a quilt , the toilet rim was disgusting looked like no one had ever cleaned under the rim 😳 bathroom vanity drain had gunk in it that you could see as there wasn’t a grate on it ! Lights globes were missing curtains were cut unevenly which looked hideous and the blockout curtain was repaired with silver electrical tape ! Broken light fitting will never stay there again totally over priced for our stay at $155 per night !

The location

Location was good but bed wasn’t great and the marks on the wall next to the toilet were concerning. When you flushed the toilet water ran on to the floor and down the drain. We didn’t try the food.
