The price was affordable and location just what we needed.

A man next door was active all night, talking and walking, substance affected. Holes in the walls, curtains ripped and stained, bed blankets stained, towel rail ripped off the walls. Sheets did appear to be clean which was positive. Coffee was out of date. It’s a shame to see it let go as it had the potential to be a good place. In need of TLC.

It was cheap and close to the event we were attending

Taps were broken, no iron, beds uncomfortable, place needs a full paint and work done very unclean - visible finger prints on TV some type of food product on ceiling..

Wasn’t worth the cost we paid for. Torn net curtains, broken tile on spa, towel rail was loose from wall and the light switch in bathroom was also loose, broken cupboard in main room. Only one pillow each and only one spare pillow Not right time on wall clock Photos on booking.com was completely different to room we got. At the end of the day it was just a place to sleep for the night. Would we go back there No.

The property is in need of complete renovations and is not maintained properly. However the bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable. Rooms could do with a total refurbishment.
