Close to airport

Do not stay here! There are plenty of other options. At check-in staff not helpful and then advises that the free airport shuttle they advertise isn't available if you have an early flight. There was no hot water in the room. Made for a miserable and cold 6am start. Used kettle to boil water - that was leaking. Spa pool also not operating. When I complained, there was denial and then attack. Told I was lying. Seems to be the standard response to all who have complained.
