Carpet was grubby

Nothing as it was impossible to gain access to the hotel despite repeated phone calls! I guess the fact that Booking.com gave us a refund!

Despite ringing the hotel all day we weren't able to get through and when we arrived, it was locked with a sign saying to ring.

Nice & quiet walking distance to shops especially travelling with pets

I have asked 3 times for a tax invoice, but as yet haven’t received one.

Lack of staff contact and the worst was the bed bugs. I couldn’t stay for the 3 nights I originally booked as it was unbearable sleeping in their beds. Not sure how clean the carpet and bed linen was but definitely nothing I’ve ever experienced in all the years of using bookings.com for all my accommodation needs. Very disappointing and no feedback from the owners. Never have experienced this unprofessional stay 🤔

Pet friendly. The place was unmanned. Didn't know which unit we had. Overall very disorganized.

This was once in my top 3 favourite stays, but now there is no host, and the hosts phone gets you nowhere. I had rats in the ceiling, and they thumped around happily by day and night. My room smelled faintly of urine. I have attached a screenshot showing several of my 13 text messages that received zero response of any kind. Actual calls went unanswered.

Older cheap & cheerful motel. Just what we were after! Quiet, clean & convenient location.

Self checkin was a bit confusing but it worked out in the end!

A lovely space, very peaceful. Not the Ritz, but just what the road trip requires. Will return anytime
