Location.

Noisy!! Heater/AC was loud!! You are told that parking is on a "First come,First served" basis.They don't make up your room,just exchange towels,....

"A good, reasonably priced place to stay close to a spectacular state park."

The room was not fancy or particularly contemporary, but it was quite spacious, comfortable, and clean. Alex the manager could not have been more friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was rather meager -- some fresh fruit and prepackaged "pastries." On the other hand, it was not guaranteed in the booking.
