Nice location in center of town.

It was so clean. The sheets smelled so good the bathroom was very clean. The staff were so nice.

The hairdryer didn’t work

Location was close to everything, just what we were looking for. The room was clean.

We were told at check in that they just needed to bring some towels and that the ice machine was in the office if needed and that it would be open until 10:30 pm. The room had towels but very little toilet paper left on the roll and no extra roll. We stopped in the office to let them know and left for the afternoon. When we came back later there was still no toilet paper and office was closed, with a sign saying that if we needed anything to go across the street to the other affiliated hotel. My husband walked over to get ice and toilet paper where they gave him a hard time because he couldn't remember his room number. Breakfast was included with the room but was told that you had to walk across the street to the other hotel but after the experience the day before, we did not go back.

We found the room to be clean but the comforter and blanket were not. The door with mirror was missing in the bathroom. It was a no smoking floor but the first night our room was filled with pot smoke from another room. I have asthma and was sick all night. The bed was very hard. That might not be a problem for most but I have a bad back. Didn’t sleep well.

It was well maintained and close to Watkins Glen State Park.
