Location

Room is old, had dirty floors. Room wasn’t cleaned every day and I ran out of toilet paper because only one roll was in the room and the next day it wasn’t cleaned every day. On check in they didn’t have a record of my reservation took over 45 minutes to resolve it and I couldn’t get a hold of booking.com there automated help wouldn’t help me and their phone number was so hidden that I found it at the same time as the hotel found my reservation. I basically had no support from booking.com and probably will never use them again.

There was no breakfast

They’re always8 very accommodating to me. Great customer service and good coffee. Non judge-mental, comfortable & good price

Good location, free parking and even though it was expensive for it's quality, it was peak season and everything else was more expensive in the area. So it was a good hotel for a "budget" overnight stay.

Very old building, rooms needing an update asap.

The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as they could.

The bathroom super tiny and right by the door to room. The ceiling was falling in the bathroom.
