Air conditioner didn’t work. Well, the beds were awful, the floor was filthy and it was rundown.

Everything….. we pulled up and should’ve known by the liquor store in the corner, But we were tired due to breaking down on the highway on our way to Orlando,waiting 2 1/2 hrs for the tow truck and then at a mom and pops auto shop for another hour and a half and when we walk in the room, immediately I see a roach and then another and one in the bathroom (which I had to use due to waiting on highway so long with no bathrooms), another crawling on the wall!!!! I was so tired but then I see a stain on the bed and dresser that looked (well I won’t say)!!! I said that’s it! Me and my husband went to the office and asked for a refund but was told we had to call booking.com! I called and the property manager denied my refund. And then I got the run around and after 4 attempts finally got them to give me a refund! …. They really need to take down the photos online because the room looked nothing like the room we were given! The property wasn’t even the same color or design! The photos are misleading! I usually read reviews but didn’t and they have poor ratings also. But thank you for giving me my refund for my 10 minutes (horrific) stay!
