The fact it wasn't what I wanted

Swimming pool, privacy, nice patio and Spiros was very helpful and responded to messages quickly.

Was a little tired and could do with a revamp. Some of the pictures on bookings.com show very stylish interiors. Frini is not one of these, but we did not know before getting there. Bathroom did not feel 100% clean and the shower floods the bathroom floor. There was a mop available to use outside, but something that can push the water down the drain would be better (like a squeegee). There was no cleaning service for the 4 nights we stayed there. On arrival, it is hard to know where to go. We arrived in the dark and it was not clear what to do or where to go. Once we found Spiros though everything was fine.

Great to have our own space and private terrace. Lovely pool, easy walk to amenities, helpful host, easy parking.

As apartment is on the main road into the resort, it can sometimes be noisy at night.

I like the concept of the villa, few bungalows with there own private gardens and sharing one swimming pool. We were 4 people having 1 One-Bedroom Bungalow - Split Level. Was enough space, and the bungalow has all of the equipment that you need. The owner gave us clear direction how to find our bungalow.

The location is bit far away, from the beaches you need around 15 min walk.

The property was good. We had a few issues but Spiros was on hand to sort them out! Very nice man. Villa iris just need a little bit of TLC bathroom needed a good clean, beds a little too firm for me but ok! The basics needed checking before arrival ie. Bowls, kettle and microwave but you only needed to ask Spiros and he would try his best to sort it out!

We stayed in villa Iris. It was good but the bathroom let it down.

Good location Spacious bungalows with enough space to feel good Enough space between the bungalows, so you can have a little privacy. Well equipped kitchen area Interesting flora in the gardens Nice swimming pool with poolside sunbeds Private garden view Relaxing environment Beds were OK Beautiful beach nearby – 10 min by car (Issos beach) Nice restaurants nearby – 10 min walk Grocery Shop nearby - 1min walk.

- bathroom needs updating – cleaning tiles, changing toilet seat, fixing shower head stand. - Good idea is to have at least some soap/shower gel/shampoo(if it is suited for the local hard water -even better) - The ONLY Air con for the Niovi villa(two floors), was not properly working, not maintained, clogged, and most of all - not sized for the rooms it had to cool in the Corfu climate. Overall – didn’t do the job. A tip – sizing the aircon, positioning outdoor and indoor units for optimal working conditions, and most of all - maintaining the units - might do wonders. But whichever way you look at it, two floors will need two indoor units, and larger capacity outdoor unit. - Info booklet with information about facilities at the property (washing machine, which actually needs to be cleaned, as there was a mould inside the detеrgent department) & local amenities (shops, restaurants, healthcare, petrol station etc) would be great. - no sidewalks in the village, so be careful when walking on the road – true for most of the villages in the region (not related to the property, but good to know for other guests).

Very cool villa, pool, place. Super balanced temperature here! My kids were happy swimming in the pool.

The owner is very kind. We will back in someday.
