Would benefit from: -updating bathroom -air conditioning in main kitchen/room -reviewing condition of outdoor garden furniture -providing information at the property about facilities at the property (washing machine) & local amenities (shops, restaurants, healthcare, petrol station etc)

Very nice house with pool area to relax on lazy days. The owner is kind and caring so when we had any problems or needs he quickly answered and helped.

Only localization was not perfect, although if you got a car it's no problem.

Good location, quiet, great pool and pool area.

The house could use some upgrades in the bathrooms. The tiles are moldy, the smell of old and mold hit us right from the door. Another suggestion: leave some basic stuff around the house, like soap, garbage bags. Anti-mosquito substances would also help. Everything we bought, we left there for other visitors to use ...

Very nice garden, pool and private space. Very close to the center of the village, many good tavernas and markets.

The bungalow was a bit small for the price.But it compensates with the garden and patio.

A small rustic Villa sharing a pool with 3 other larger villas in a large garden . On arrival a bottle of water & fruit juice in fridge The shared pool was nice & pool loungers comfortable. Aircon worked well. WiiFi worked well. Location is OK not far to tavernas . Supermarket close by.

It's a lovley rustic Villa but a little tired & in need of an update . We didn't receive any housekeeping as advertised during our weeks stay. On the 4th day I messaged Spiro to query he responded quickly & his mum dropped off a toilet roll & clean towels . Other than that we didn't see cleaner for bed change or bins etc. Spiro is aware & said he will address this with his cleaner . It does say on booking.com there is a bar but just to note it isn't a serviced bar with drinks available. No reflection on the property but take good mosquito repellent for the area & beach shoes for the rocky areas

The pool, it was quite it was spacious, bbq and table outside . Spiro's was kind very friendly and helpful. Air co was working fine.

Bathroom, no amenities, kitchen ( no microwave, no food storage) one plugs for toaster/ coffee machines/boiler^^. 3 mugs 4 chairs while we were 5. Need to clean dishes very often as there were not so much.smaller pot was 5 l🤔. Woken up by water leaking Inthe bedroom 😆

The pool and garden were fantastic. The negatives (mosquitoes, water supply, internet, there is no shadow on the beach) mainly stemmed from the characteristics of the island and probably the same for every apartment. The beds were much sturdier and more comfortable than they looked on the picture. The bedrooms were not very spacious, but not tight either. Most of the time we stayed in the common areas, or slept so they were ok. We experienced average Wifi performance in the apartment, which we were satisfied with. (With modern mesh network devices it can be improved further for the larger apartments. The speed limiting was probably because some overuse, but it happens every now and then.)

Minor problems: 1. The type of coffee maker was not specified in the description (e.g. capsule, traditional, etc.) It was a french press, which is not obvious to use. 2. No one on the island uses a UV mosquito lamp, even though it would probably help. (Despite the mosquito net, there was a constant presence of mosquitoes in the apartment, but this is probably the case everywhere.) 3. There is no shade on the beach, so it would be nice to have an umbrella belonging to the accommodation that could be taken out to the beach. 4. The main road is close, it can be loud with an open window. (it didn't bother us, but it might interest others) These can be easily corrected, and for 2-3 even the guests can bring their own devices if needed.

Great property and pool village shops and bars all very close within walking distance. Spiros and his family are perfect hosts. Highly recommended
