Nothing about this place.

Dirty, the room smelt awful, the bedding was dirty,floor was dirty, dead bugs in the fridge. I did not stay. And could not get my money refunded. Spent 5 minutes there

I love the actual hot spring and pool experience. The campus itself is rustic and quaint but I would say the wet areas need to be improved somewhat, not just for aesthetics, but for safety. The signage, railings, drains, etc. could all use a little help!

The front desk staff at the bar/restaurant and the pool/hotsprings seemed nice, but not very enthusiastic about customer service. However when you look at where you are, it is probably locals who work there, and locals are the type of people who want to stay away from people so it's probably challenging to get customer-service oriented folks to want to work in that environment.

The staff was amazing along with the service they provided. The door handles in the bathroom and front door need to be fixed but otherwise it was wonderful.

The hotsprings were awesome. Bathhouse was warm.

Well the rooms were a little to be desired. Broken blinds, as a single female clear on the other side of my family not good. Broken hanger to hang my clothes. No cups for the coffee. No towels. Broken and uncomfortable bed.

Cabins were cute, clean and located across the street to the hot springs. The bar and grill was a great place to have dinner, drinks and play pool. Staff at the cabins and bar and grill was friendly but the lady at the hot springs facility did not want to be there.

The beds in the cabin were very uncomfortable and squeaky. One set of curtains was missing, allowing people entering or exit the restrooms to see into our cabin, as well as the outside light beaming in while we attempted to sleep. The hot springs facility is ran down and in need of maintenance.
