Lolo Hot Springs

I showed up to stay for a hunting trip, was charged for the room but they said there was nothing on file for my reservation. They did not try to help after I drove 4 hours

There was no breakfast. There were facilities but not the booking I thought that was selected. Not what I selected for myself and girlfriend and her son to stay in. I feel like my reservation was changed without consulting me.

No internet connection in our room. The room I selected was supposed to be like a hotel and I was given a dry cabin with no facilities or anything

Tiny but cute cabins. Proximity to hot springs was great and the 2 free passes included in the nights stay. Fire pit and picnic table was great too.

The smell of the cleaner used was so overpowering we almost couldn’t stay there. We opened all windows and aired the cabin out for hours and the smell still lingered strongly but was tolerable by bedtime. The bunk beds are so squeaky which made it hard for a light sleeper like me to get a good nights rest.

Advertising states hot springs included. That’s not accurate. It should state hot springs included for only one day. Advertising states breakfast included. That’s not accurate. It should state $10.00off your entire breakfast bill. Cabin needs a deep clean. Dog hair all over and I don’t think the bedding was washed. Wi-Fi was super sketchy.
