The property is beautiful and in a beautiful setting , the tents are beautiful as is the dining room , the sunset view.

Breakfast is very poor and the cantankerous bedouins that fight over ho is going to do the activities, really detract from the beauty of the place and the experience. It is a shame

I would say the place is lovely. The receptionist.Tuani he was a good guy work with service mind and give useful information. Take a good care of me and my mom. Thanks a lot again.

The setting is gorgeous and it feels magical to wake up in this incredible location. The pick up and drop off from the parking was very convenient and the welcome from Tijani at reception when we arrived was incredibly warm.

It felt like like a bit of a mass tourism experience which is perhaps the price to pay for comfort in the desert.

We had the best time staying here. Ziad at the main reception was extremely friendly and helpful checking us in and booking us in for the sunrise tour. The buffets at breakfast and dinner were excellent and had a good variety of food to choose from. The waiters and waitresses were always on hand if you needed anything. A special thank you to Mohammed who was always at hand for anything we needed when it was breakfast or dinner. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wadi Rum. The room was excellent, the views were second to none

UFO Luxotel is set in a stunning desert landscape – sleeping in the dome was a unique experience. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning quiet, and the views absolutely breathtaking. Dinner was delicious, and the restaurant staff were very friendly. A special thanks to Ziad at the reception, who was particularly kind and helpful throughout our stay. That said, our night was unfortunately disrupted by a loud private party with intrusive music that echoed across the entire camp. From what we heard, the location is occasionally rented out for events like this – something that guests coming for the peace and silence of the desert might want to be aware of or even check before. If you’re lucky enough to stay on a quiet night, it can be magical. On other nights, you might find the desert surprisingly loud.

Both breakfast and dinner were average. While it wasn’t at a level to leave us hungry, there was no notable flavor. The low quality of the ingredients used in the meals contributed to the lack of taste. The attitude and behavior of the company they work with for the desert tour were quite uncomfortable. The tour guide’s English was below average, making it difficult to communicate and understand the surroundings. Although the hotel staff tried to be helpful, the overall experience could have been better.
