"We booked two twin bubbles, but were given two doubles instead! Location great. Views were fantastic."

Location was great. Staff were friendly. The buffet dinner was very nice

The bathroom facilities were too exposed. One of the bubbles leaked when we had a freak downpour.

Pleasant staff. Delicious food.

Property advertised the rooms as if they had skylights, but the skylights have all been covered up. We weren't informed that the heat takes 10 minutes to warm up, so we assumed that we only had air conditioning (cooling) in our room. The desert is cold at night.

"Incredible stay in a fantastic location"

Brilliant location, outside the protected area which means you’re away from all the other camps. Friendly staff, gorgeous sunsets, delicious food, Bedouin guides on hand all day for Jeep tours, stargazing with top of the range telescopes. Would highly recommend.

We brought our own alcohol as it’s a dry property, but we weren’t allowed to drink this at dinner. Minor complaint but would have added to our experience!
