Le personnel sympa et souriante, le calme, la chambre tatami.

J'aurais bien aimé avoir une bouilloire pour faire du thé mais peut-être il y en avait et je ne l'avais pas vu.

受付からとても良くしてくださり、朝ごはんもバランスよく本当にアットホームでした！ レトロな感じが好きな我が家はとっても気に入りました！ 息子がまだ産まれてない時の長野オリンピックのポスターを見てレトロ感いっぱいで楽しい！と楽しんでました 初めての長野で色んなことを教えて貰い本当に良くしていただき、また長野に行く際は利用したいと思います(*´ω｀*)

Un hôtel typique, hors des standards instagramables et vraiment accueillant, on s'y sent bien, le onsen est très agréable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut et le petit déjeuner est impeccable, un accueil exceptionnel, nous sommes tres heureux de voir des lieux authentiques comme celui ci encore en vie. Un grand merci aux gérants qui se donnent la peine de garder actif ce type d'hébergement. Si nous revenons a Nagano c'est là que nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Ravis de cette nuit passée dans notre chambre de type traditionnelle, un vrai moment au japon, le vrai.

Alles perfekt!

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en altijd bereid je te helpen. Het ontbijt was ook heel erg goed! De kamers waren vrij ruim voor de lage prijs.

De hygiene van bijvoorbeeld de wasbakken kon wel een stukje beter.

Whats not to like? Such a great place! The staff were super friendly, breakfast was delicious, the location is very good as well. Big plus is the mini Onsen they have, which is perfect after hiking or a long day of sightseeing. Would definitely recommend and if I‘m ever going back to the region I know where to book!

The facilities are a little outdated, but this just added to the overall charm.

Pensioncina modesta per chi vuole sperimentare la tradizione giapponese a prezzi modici. Si dorme sul futon e vengono forniti gli yukata. Non mancano le docce comuni con vasca per il bagno comune annessa. I padroni sono molto cordiali e disponibili. non viene servita la colazione ma per chi volesse fermarsi a pranzo e/o cena viene servito un ottimo curry giapponese.

La zona dei lavandini comuni è disordinata. Non erano stati eliminati i flaconi vuoti e tutti gli altri oggetti lasciati dagli ospiti precedenti. Tutto la struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di manutenzione.
