Stedet var overhode ikke som beskrevet. Det hadde mange gode vurderinge, så vi ble skikkelig skuffet. I tillegg tok de mer betalt enn vi hadde fått oppgitt på booking sine sider, og var ikke villige til å rikke seg.

Personalet var ikke imøtekommende. Kensai- middagen var en vits. Dårligste maten jeg noen gang har spist. Første retten var en smakløs buljong. En annen rett var kokt ris med kokt bambuskudd- totalt smakløst. Neste rett var nudler i den samme smakløse buljongen….

It’s expensive!

Exceptional! I'm writing this on the train ride to Kyoto from Kinosaki. My fiancee and I stayed for our (pre-wedding) honeymoon and we found it to be an incredible retreat. The private onsen with sauna and cold plunge was amazing, food spectacular, and beds were so comfortable. It was romantic, calming, energizing, and everything we wanted. The staff were so attentive and lovely too. My fiancee and I have already said we'd like to be back here one day... maybe for a future anniversary.

They provided everything we needed to experience the town and the onsens. The room was adorable and the tatami very comfortable. Brilliant location right in the town centre. We liked the traditional breakfast, which was reasonably priced, although nobody explained to us what we were eating.

The staff was efficient but not particularly personable. Some interactions felt a bit awkward. No shower in the room, but the hotel onsen made up for it.

The breakfast was simple and reasonable. The ryokan location is near the onsen town and convenient to reach.

It will be much better and convenient If there is bath room in the room. There is no lift available, So for old people or people with leg problem will have difficulties to climb the staircase to 3rd floor. Some staffs are unable to communicate in simple English to international tourist. It makes the situation very difficult and stress for the tourist.

朝食の素材が新鮮でおいしかった。ぶりの煮つけは柔らかくて全く臭みがなく、薄味でカラダに優しい。すばらしい。夕食は残念ながら満席で予約できず。施設内も室内も落ち着けて居心地がよかったです。不必要に華美なところがなくミニマリスト的で好感が持てました。温泉街のメインの通りから徒歩30秒という立地もよい。研修スタッフが一生懸命で好感が持てました。ありがとうございました。

朝食ぶりの煮つけは最高においしかったが、大根と人参に出汁がもう少ししみ込んでいればもっとよかった。贅沢過ぎる指摘ですみません。すぐ裏は隣の建物が接近しているので、窓からの景色は楽しめず。トイレの扉はロマンチックではなかったので、初デートにはすすめません。価値観の理解しあえるパートナーならまったく問題なし。宿泊先とは関係ありませんが、チェックインまで駐車場難民となりました。
