El personal super atento, limpio y ordenado, la ubicación increíble, y en todo momento hay alguien disponible para atenderte con una sonrisa.

Habíamos pagado desayuno, pero por la hora que salíamos por la mañana no se nos pudo servir ni preparar nada para llevar , tampoco se nos pudo devolver el dinero.

La struttura in sé era davvero molto bella, tutto lo staff ha contribuito a rendere speciale la permanenza. Un sentito grazie anche a Miina, che è stata molto carina e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Menzione d’onore anche alla colazione e alla cena, davvero degne di essere provate.

L’unica pecca era la mancanza di una piccola selezione di tè e bevande nella stanza. Data la presenza di un bollitore ci saremmo aspettati anche quelle. Ma davvero questa è una piccola nota per il futuro che non ha intaccato negativamente il soggiorno, visto e considerato la presenza di una sezione nella hall principale con macchina del caffè e bevande fresche.

スタッフの皆さんが笑顔で対応してくれ気持ちがよかったです。 若いスタッフの方も一生懸命気持ちを伝えようとして頂き嬉しくなりました。 朝食も美味しく、ご飯のおかわりも出来満足しました。 無料の、レモン水は外湯帰りに良いサービスでした。

浴衣ののサイズを選ぶことが出来ればよかった。 内風呂の空き状況が部屋若しくは階で確認する事が出来ればよかった。 枕の高さを選べれれば良かった。

目前住過最好的溫泉旅館，負責我的台灣員工很親切。旅館裡的私湯很棒，設施也很整潔，住起來相當舒適。

エレベーターがないから 年寄りには、不向き

Our stay at Sensui was so lovely. The location is perfect. The structure and rooms are beautiful and immaculately clean. The design and aesthetics are beautiful. The chef and the kaiseki - seasonal and beef- were both phenomenal. So, so beautifully presented and so,so delicious. And our server, Nao.. so gorgeous! Lovely smile all the time, very good english, great explanations, and she does the sweetest and prettiest drawings!! She really made our stay- Nao and the Chef. 😊 excellent experience. Japan continues to exceed all expectations of excellence. (Kinosakionsen is also a very beautiful town, easy to walk around, the onsen are wonderful and it's very worth the visit- we needed longer!) I hope I come back one day. ありがとうございます

The futon are really warm ?! A bit uncomfortable i must say.
